Jackson is an Associate with Lynch, Chappell & Alsup, PC where he focuses on civil litigation matters involving commercial disputes, contract disputes, probate disputes, oil and gas, real estate, personal injury, and collection matters. Jackson received his B.A. in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from Baylor University School of Law. Born and raised in Midland, Jackson never thought twice about returning to begin his professional career. In law school, he met his wife, Tory, and she agreed to make Midland their home without a fight. Outside of work, Jackson enjoys chasing blue quail and his golf ball around West Texas.
Evans is an associate at D. Link Grimes PLLC. She received her B.A. from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York and her law degree from Baylor University School of Law. She moved to Midland in 2018 and started her career with the Midland County District Attorney’s Office. In 2023, she stepped away from litigation and now focuses on transactional oil and gas matters. Evans fell in love with Midland and its wonderful community from the moment she moved here. She also loves the mountains and is always looking for a great hiking adventure with her friends.
Cassie is an Associate with Cotton Blesdoe Tighe & Dawson P.C. where she focuses on civil litigation matters. She is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico. Cassie received her B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and worked as a Petroleum Engineer for a small independent oil company before going back to law school. She received her degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband and their three beautiful boys and getting involved in the community. She is on the board for Family Promise of Midland, and the fundraising committed for Midland Children's Rehabilitation Center.
Lincoln is an Associate with Cotton Blesdoe Tighe & Dawson P.C. where he currently focuses on civil litigation matters, but has a special passion for fiduciary litigation matters. He attended Abilene Christian for his undergrad and received his law degree from St. Mary's. He and his wife have come to call Midland their home and enjoy raising their two boys here.
He is the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Diamondback Energy. In private practice, Bill represented corporate and individual clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, products liability, personal injury claims, deed and lease interpretation issues, surface use disputes, lease termination disputes and mineral ownership rights. His extensive trial experience has gained him membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates. Bill also represented clients in the negotiation of oil and gas leases, eminent domain proceedings, real estate and loan transactions, and corporate formations. Bill received his B.S. in Agricultural Economics in 1987 from Texas Tech University where he served as Student Association President. He graduated, magna cum laude, from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1991 and was Executive Editor of the Law Review. Bill began his legal career with Baker Botts LLP in Houston and was a sole practitioner in Houston where he was President of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association (2003-04), and in Hallettsville before joining Kelly Hart and moving to Midland in 2015. He is licensed in Texas and New Mexico.
